| 1 | Hella Wairere 1 | 18.92kms | 09:18 | Starting at Paparoa then up the Wairere Valley to the sweeping left hander on to the smooth & fast Golden Stairs Road. Finishes over the world famous Hella Hump Bridge at Swamp Road. Always a crowd pleaser. | |
| 2 | Bull 1 | 35.97kms | 10:01 | This is part of the world famous Ararua Bull stage. The start on Porter Road is fairly quick until the right hander on to Ararua Road where the drivers really start work. This leads to the right hander on to the tarmac hill climb up Bull Road with many corners to the finish at Arcadia Road. Most drivers will take the opportunity to do a tyre swap here to get fresh rubber for the Cassidy stage which starts around the corner. | |

| 4 | NAC Insurance Pohe Island SS 1 | 1.5kms | 11:47 | The Whangarei Super Special Stage is designed purely for the spectators who can drive & park on the top of Pohe Island with great views of the stage below. The quick start on sweeping gravel leads to the hairpin lefthander. This is great spectator viewing. On Saturday Pohe Island will be hosting the local Lions Club Family Day as well as the Yamaha Dash for Cash so there will be plenty to see and do throughout the day. | |

| 9 | Hella Brooks 1 | 16.15kms | 09:03 | This is the WRC stage starting off SH1 and winding up through the Waipu Gorge Forest to finish at the Hella Hump Bridge, the same as SS1/5 on Saturday. | |
| 10 | Millbrook 1 | 10.51kms | 09:33 | This is one of the newer stages with a variety of slow and fast corners through the Mareretu Forest. A fast & flowing downhill section before the Helmsdale Road junction provides great viewing. Experienced drivers can certainly pull out some time over this section. | |
| 11 | Northtec Waipu Caves 1 | 21.19kms | 09:56 | This is the stage that caught out Emma Gilmour last year. Going up past the Waipu Caves can be tricky but fast. After 3km of tarmac the stage turns into Ruarangi Road. This is a fantastic stretch of road following the crest of the hill, very fast with sweeping corners where good notes will make all the difference to getting a good time. | |
